1. Terms and Conditions

1.1 To protect your interests, you have read, understood and agreed to abide by the terms and conditions stipulated in the matching service agreement before signing or/and registering to become a member of our Company or its brand (LOVEMATCH GPS) (hereinafter referred to as: member(s)).
1.2 After becoming a member, you can enjoy matching services in Hong Kong during the contract period.
1.3 Under any circumstances, after the member signs the agreement, including but not limited to whether the member terminates the service or suspends his membership, the matching service and its membership fees must be paid in full.
1.4 The matching service will become effective on the date of this Agreement.
1.5 The matching service will be terminated under the following circumstances. The member clearly understands that the matching service and its fees are fully non-refundable, non-exchangeable and non-saleable:
i. Termination of the term of this agreement; or
ii. The member applies to the Company in writing to terminate the matching service; or
iii. The Company terminates this service in accordance with the following 4.1.
1.6 When the matching service is terminated, this Agreement will also be terminated.
1.7 After signing this agreement, the member understands and agrees that the matching service begins, and that its services and fees are fully non-refundable, non-exchangeable and non-saleable.
1.8 Unless required by law, this agreement and price list shall not be disclosed to third parties, and our Company reserves the right to pursue litigation and compensation.
1.9 Our Company reserves the right of final interpretation.

2. Service

2.1 Our professional matching staff will try their best to provide matching services, or other social recommendation programs or gathering services according to member requirements. member requests must be reasonable, and our Company and its employees have the right to use their professional knowledge and experience to provide matching services for changes in member criteria or requirements. If members request changes to matching criteria or requirements, our Company may refuse and reserves the right to make the final decision.
2.2 During the contract period, the member agrees and allows our employees to use the member’s personal information and photos to provide professional matching services.
2.3 Our Company will provide high-level suggestions and tips during the validity period of this agreement, and other coaching and image consulting services will require additional charges.
2.4 If the member refuses any introduction without reasonable reasons or such refusal is too frequent, the Company will be deemed to have performed and completed the responsibilities and obligations stipulated in this agreement. If any dispute arises due to the introduction of the participants, the Company may proceed internal investigation, and may extend the term of this Agreement as a good faith (but not obligation), but in no case will the matching service fees and/or membership fees and/or other service fees collected be refunded.
2.5 Members can contact the Company via email to share successful experiences or make inquiries. Our Company regards it as an important part of the service. If the member’s additional requirements may require additional charges, our Company will notify you in advance and then provide the service. No fees will be charged without the member’s consent.
2.6 If the matching service contract selected by the member is 12 months or more, the member can suspend its service for up to six months with a written notice and restart the service with one week’s notice. If the Company contacts the member many times but does not receive any reply, our Company reserves the right to suspend the account and treat it as continued service.
2.7 During the contract period, our Company will try its best to match and introduce members to one another, but does not guarantee that members will be successfully date the introduced target.
2.8 This contract does not promise the number of matches, nor does it guarantee the number of successful dates. Our Company reserves the right to make the final decision.
2.9 The member agrees to follow the Company’s judgement and expertise and matching methods, rather than insisting on matching according to its own regulations or standards. This is a matching service and there is no optional service. The Company hopes to allow members to meet most proposed matches under normal circumstances. The Company will consider age, ethnicity and other member preferences, but does not guarantee that matching proposals will meet the requirements of all members.

3. Terms of Use

3.1 Members must provide accurate personal information in the application form and notify the Company immediately of any changes.
3.2 Members must fully abide by the law and shall not violate and/or conduct illegal activities and/or take any action that damages the interests or reputation of the Company and its members.
3.3 The personal information of participants is only used by members for matching consultation. All information is highly confidential. Members are not allowed to disclose the information without the consent and written approval of our Company. Any misuse or leakage of information will be prohibited and regarded as illegal by the industry. Once discovered, it will be sent to the relevant government departments for handling according to the law.
3.4 Members must respect other participants during one-to-one meetings.
3.5 When a member needs to cancel / reschedule a confirmed appointment, they must notify the company at least 48 hours in advance. Otherwise, one opportunity will be deducted.

4. Disclaimer statement

4.1 The Company will do its best to provide matching services, but there is no guarantee that members will successfully meet their ideal partner and/or have further relationships through the matching services.

5. Restrictions on appointment

5.1 The Company is not responsible for any loss or damage caused by the member as a result of the matching service (including but not limited to any direct, indirect, punitive or consequential loss or damage, or any income, profits, goodwill, data, contracts and whether there is loss or damage due to infringement).
5.2 At any time or under any circumstances, our liability to the member (if any) shall be limited to the matching service fees paid by the member to the Company.

6. Privacy Policy

6.1 Collection of information: We collect personal information submitted by members, such as name, phone number, mailing address, email address, photo, etc. The information collected is used to meet the member’s specific requirements and, or to provide matching services, and to receive our marketing and/or promotional information.
6.2 Sharing information: We may share information with government agencies or other companies: (1) as permitted or required by law; or (2) in an attempt to prevent or stop actual or potential fraud or unauthorized transactions; or (3) Investigate fraud that has occurred.

7. Confirm

7.1 I confirm and understand all the terms and conditions stipulated in this agreement. And by signing, I indicate that I have read, understood and agree to be bound by the above terms and conditions.
